Yesterday we read section 3 and 4 in TCI. We completed the packet page four that goes with the readings. Then we started visual notes.  We finished these notes in class today.  The students will present these to their partners tomorrow and then turn them in.

Unit 9  Volcanic Eruptions and Earthquakes Today you will do the readings that go with the first investigation.  They are in text with notes and labeled Section 1 and Section 2.  In the textbook they are on pages 330-333.  You will fill out page three in your packet.  Make sure you understand the info.  Reread if needed.

Hello Friday!!

After watching a tutorial on longitude and latitude you will continue to plot the earthquakes and volcanoes on the maps in your packet.  We will use this information later when you do a project for this lesson.  Work with you partner to make accurate maps.  The maps need to be complete by Monday as we move forward with the lesson. 

Today we start Unit 9 Lesson 25 in TCI. We will be studying Earth's Natural Hazards.  Our assignment today is in class and we will be plotting the major earthquakes in 2016 on a world map.  We will work on this packet until Thanksgiving Break.
